Dear staff,

I hope you're all enjoying the holiday season :) I'm writing this because I loved GhibliCraft, so I wanted to join this server. When I tried to log on, it said it was only available for Donors, Staff, and Beta Testers, so I bought a donor rank. However, the server still won't let me on. I have screenshots from paypal of my purchase, I got the rank "hero". Can a staff member help me?
